Healing Modalities

There are many ways to heal, and I’m not claiming to have any definitive answers about what works, as my feeling is this is personal to each individual, and the only way you can know if something is right for you is by tuning in to what your higher self is guiding you towards. I start with nutrition, as this is the basis for how I work and will always be the core part of the support plan I write for clients.
